Interactive example. Your projects stay unchanged.

Still building.
But where are we?

Back through the chat for a decision. Back through long Markdown notes for the next step.

  • Earlier in the chat

Let’s build the personal version first. Teams can wait.

  • Another build later

This part is done. Let’s move to the next.

  • project-notes.md

Plans, decisions, to-dos… the notes keep growing.

  • Later in the thread

Let's get the main flow working.

  • build-log.md

    Built. Still needs a review.

  • Before we launch

Review it first. Wait for me before launching.

What is Mapfable?

Mapfable is a visual project map for people building with AI. It keeps your recorded decisions, progress, sources and next steps together. Your connected AI can read that saved context and help you continue, in the same conversation or a new one. You can also create editable flowcharts with your connected AI to understand, investigate and explain how a system works.

What can I use flowcharts for?

Use flowcharts to recall how things work, investigate a problem, or explain an idea. A connected AI can create and update them through MCP, using code you permit it to read when needed. You can edit them by hand, in a space separate from your task map.

Can my AI create a project for me?

Yes. Connect and authorize your account, then tell your AI: “Create the project and tasks we just agreed on in Mapfable.” You do not need to create an empty project first or install an extra Skill. Connecting or discussing a plan does not create a project. Drafts generated from Markdown still need your review on the website.

Do I need to switch AI tools?

No. Keep using an AI tool that supports MCP. Once authorized, it can read and update your cloud maps. Google sign-in and AI access are separate permissions; signing in does not start or authorize an AI.

Will setting an endpoint automatically start my AI?

No. The endpoint records how far this run is allowed to go. Your connected AI still needs to read the map and take on the work. You review drafts and decide on scope changes, key decisions, and publishing.

Will Markdown stay in sync with my folder?

Mapfable does not continuously watch your folder. You choose which Markdown files to bring in, and it saves a snapshot. Later, you can bring in updates and review their effect on the map. You can also export the formal map as Markdown.

Can I invite a team?

For now, Mapfable provides a personal workspace with projects separated by account. Sharing a map with your AI means your own authorized AI tool can read and resume the project. Team collaboration is not available yet.

Can I start a trial or subscribe now?

I wanted to stop digging through chats.

I build with AI. But even within one chat, I kept losing track of earlier decisions and digging through history or long Markdown notes.

I made Mapfable to put decisions, progress and the next step on a map. I hope it helps you and your own AI see where you are and keep going.
